We sell and send our products exclusively to customers nearly worldwide, with the exception of South America, Africa and Asia.
Only customers with their headquarters in the following countries can buy:

The shipment within Germany is carried out solely by DHL, unless self-collection by the customer has been agreed.
Deliveries to foreign countries are made by DHL or UPS or USPS. In the case of purchases from abroad, the shipping costs are also included in the price and are therefore referred to as “free delivery”.
In the case of purchases from USA, the shipping is proceed from a 3PL from Canada.
The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is about 1 to 2 working days. For the other countries you will find specific information on the product page and in the checkout. The delivery times shown in the previous table are average informations incl. express shipping.
For us, the delivery period begins after we have accepted the order and after the customer has brought about the conditions for the dispatch of the goods – depending on the payment method chosen by him. The prices of the shipping flat rate are stated here excluding value added tax.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The Customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
