Shipping Terms
We sell and send our products to customers with their headquarters exclusively in the following countries, unless self-collection has been agreed:

The shipment within Germany is carried out solely by DHL, unless self-collection by the customer has been agreed. Deliveries to foreign countries are made by DHL or UPS. In the case of purchases from abroad, the shipping costs are included in this price and are therefore referred to as “free delivery”. In the case of purchases from USA or Australia, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is about 1 to 3 working days. For the other countries you will find specific information in the previous table.
For us, the delivery period begins after we have accepted the order and after the customer has brought about the conditions for the dispatch of the goods – depending on the payment method chosen by him. The prices of the shipping flat rate are stated here excluding value added tax.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The Customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
